Service Description
Clinic Registry is a shared enrollment and client registry service for clinics. It helps prevent duplicate enrollments and facilitates transfers between clinics. We provide the service as-is and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not share credentials, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or misuse client information. Organizations are responsible for their employees' use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may request account closure at any time. Data may be retained as required by law or our retention policy.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
