We use encryption for sensitive client data and store documents securely.

We use your information to operate the Clinic Registry service: manage enrollments, prevent duplicate enrollments across clinics, process transfer requests, send alerts, and provide support. We do not sell your data.

Data Storage & Security

Client PII is encrypted at rest. Documents are stored in secure cloud storage. We use industry-standard security measures and audit logging. Data may be retained as required for the service and legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service (e.g., with clinics in the same network for transfers) and with service providers under agreements. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us through Support or the email below. Account deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our retention policy.
